Do you ship internationally?
Pretty Habits ships worldwide. However, some products aren’t passport-ready and aren’t eligible for international shipping just yet. Stay tuned!
Just a heads up — international delivery times may vary depending on your location, and customs fees or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way. If you have questions about delivery to your country, feel free to reach out at orders@prettyhabitsco.com
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please note: made-to-order and personalised gifts are non-refundable.
TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Email orders@prettyhabitsco.com with the following information within 7 days of receiving your order:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you would like to return
- The reason for return
2. Once you receive a confirmation email with return instructions, please package the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in the email.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return. We advise using a tracked service to ensure your delivery makes it back to the brand safely and securely, so please retain your proof of postage.
3. As soon as your return has been received by the brand, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, simply follow our return process for a refund, then place a new order at your convenience.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
We'll Replace Or Refund If:
- Your product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects
- You receive the wrong item or size due to our error
- There are printing issues or quality flaws
Proof required: Please email us at orders@prettyhabitsco.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
